Grave Child Rights and Other Serious Violations Login

This form is for the use of Save the Children Philippines' staff in reporting incidences of Grave and Other Serious Child Rights Violations (GOSCRVs), which is part of our commitment under Save the Children’s Centrality of Protection Policy.

GOSCRVs include the (1) Grave Violations of Children’s Rights in Conflict: Killing and maiming of children, Recruitment and use of children by armed actors, Sexual violence against children, Abduction of children, Attacks against schools or hospitals, and Denial of humanitarian access for children; (2) Other Serious Violations of Child Rights: Detention without due process or as a security means, Trafficking of children, Torture including forms of torture that do not involve maiming or sexual violence, Enforced family separation, and Children forced to witness or take part in serious human rights violations as a way of inducing terror; and (3) Human Rights Violations with a Significant Impact on Child Rights: Forced displacement or relocation of populations, Forced detention of populations, Military attacks on civilian populations, Disproportionate use of force, including use of prohibited weapons, and refoulement of populations seeking asylum. Your report will be directed to the National Focal Point for response, and eventually consolidated and shared with the Executive Team to contribute information for Programming and Advocacy.
